We had such a fabulous experience shopping here! Juliet and Allison went above and beyond ~ greeting us with beverages when we arrived and helping us find exactly what we were looking for. They even gave us great recommendations on things to do while we’re visiting. Truly top-tier customer service!

Great store, great management. I've purchased many Tecova boots. All have been great. I recently purchased a pair of brand new boots, wore them and found they had an issue. Found it to be a manufactur issue. The manager replaced them with a brand new pair. Very satisfied with the service and boots.

I had an amazing visit at Tecovas in Detroit. From the moment I walked in, the energy felt completely different warm, welcoming, and genuine. Every associate I encountered greeted me with a smile and offered help without being overbearing. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and beautifully designed, but what stood out most was the customer service. The team treated me like a valued guest, not just another shopper walking through the door. One associate in particular went above and beyond to answer questions and made me feel comfortable and appreciated. It’s the kind of experience that reminds you how impactful good service can be. I’ll definitely be back and I’ll be recommending this store to friends and family. Tecovas set the standard for how every retail experience should feel.

Moved recently to DT Detroit, I work and live close by so I was intrigued by Tecovas shop. Decided to check it and I was delightfully surprised by the high ceilings and spacious southwestern design and lay out of displayed products. Moreover, it was the staff that stood out most by greeting clients without being pushy or overshadowing. I was assisted by Alexis who demonstrated excellent customer service and was very courteous and professional. Unfortunately, they didn't carry my exact size and I ended up ordering it online but that didn't keep her from being gracious and helpful. Credit needs to be given to such staff members who remain helpful even after sale didn't materialize. One last thing I noticed as with all quality boots, you'll have to size down a full size down from your sneaker for a snug fit or half a size from everyday boots for moc toe style boots. For reference I size down a full size for Red Wing boots and half a size for Chippewas and Dahners. If you're in downtown Detroit & looking for some quality boots at an affordable price be sure to check them out & ask for Alexis. PS: Tecovas are of a good quality but not Red Wing but you pay 25% to 30% less for an everyday boots.

I needed to return/exchange some boots I purchased online so yesterday I decided to check out the beautiful new downtown Detroit location on Woodward Avenue to try them on. Ross assisted me and I learned I needed a 1/2 size smaller in all the styles I wanted (Jamie and Annie) and he helped me with the exchanges/returns, including one style they didn't have in the store: the very popular Charlie. I just called the store today to clarify some confusing emails sent from Tecovas about my order and thankfully Ross picked up and was able to help me again. A very friendly and helpful person. Thank you, Ross!

I visited Tecovas today to buy a pair of boots I had been eyeing. Rory helped me and was so friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and just plain nice that I ended up buying two pairs. Rory offered to let me leave my bags until I was done having lunch. When I got back Rory had hand written me a note of personal recommendations for an area I was soon moving to up north since I am from another state and taped it to my packages. I have never had a salesperson do something like this before. To Rory’s manager and Tecovas as a whole, Rory is a priceless asset who represents your business so well that I will only shop with him in the future. He deserves a raise, bonus, and company-wide recognition for his customer service skills. Do yourself a favor and go see Rory if you’re thinking of getting a pair of these AMAZING boots. Oh yeah, the boots are absolutely stunning, comfortable, and I’m a Tecovas fan for life now. Thank you Rory!

Had a great experience, I didn’t even plan to buy but my sister and I got a pair each on rugged Chelsea and got it branded (and excited to collect some more fun logos, at other Tecovas. The staffs were amazing with the hospitality and services, didn’t get the names but 5/5 ⭐️
